Job Description:
The Administrator will be tasked with providing administrative support to the team by performing a variety of tasks and roles related to office management, scheduling, data entry, document preparation, customer service, etc. The Administrator should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, possess great problem solving abilities, and demonstrate reliable communication skills both verbally and written in English. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering calls, scheduling meetings/appointments, maintaining filing systems, preparing reports/presentations/documents as requested, entering data into systems accurately and quickly; providing exceptional customer service; managing inventory supplies; assisting with special projects as necessary; ensuring compliance with company policies; and other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
