Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and providing general office support. Additionally, you will perform various clerical duties such as filing, printing, and organizing documents.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Good organizational skills
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable but not required
