We are a growing business in Doha, Qatar looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team. This role is vital to our organization and requires a professional who is motivated, organized and has excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate should have proven experience working as a Secretary, providing administrative support in an efficient and effective manner. A basic understanding of office management procedures and excellent knowledge of MS Office are expected. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Discretion and confidentiality are essential for this role.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing support services including scheduling meetings, taking phone calls, managing file systems, photocopying documents and other duties as required. The successful candidate must be reliable with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the company; possess excellent problem solving skills; have an eye for detail; work proactively without close supervision; be punctual; have strong organizational skills; be able to work well under pressure; and have the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
