Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef for a fine-dining restaurant in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the restaurant’s menu, as well as providing culinary leadership and support to the team. The Executive Chef will also be in charge of ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff alike.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working in similar positions, with experience in the Middle East being a plus. The Executive Chef should have excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient service, including regular review of menus, staffing levels and stock management. They should also have a keen eye for detail when it comes to plating and presentation of dishes. The ability to lead a team is essential, with an ability to mentor junior chefs being important.
