This includes managing staff performance and training, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met at all times, monitoring food quality and safety standards, resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, creating cost-effective strategies to maximize profits, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant premises, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.

The successful applicant should have prior experience in managing restaurants or hospitality services. You should possess excellent leadership skills to be able to motivate your team members for maximum productivity. Additionally, you must possess great communication skills to ensure effective communication between staff members as well as customers. You should also have an eye for detail when it comes to ensuring food standards are met at all times.
