Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and be able to foster a positive learning environment for students of all ages. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing course content in line with the school's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that meet educational standards
- Monitor student academic progress by providing feedback on assignments, tests, and other assessments
- Maintain accurate records of student progress in line with school policies
- Participate in professional development activities such as meetings, workshops, conferences and seminars
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians concerning student progress
- Utilize various instructional techniques to teach different levels of students
- Develop an engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required
- Must possess effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven work experience as a teacher or educator is preferred
- Knowledgeable of current education theories, principles, curriculum standards, assessment frameworks and instructional best practices
- Ability to use technology effectively in instruction or assessment is preferred
- Valid teaching certificate issued by the appropriate government agency is a plus
