Office assistant job in Bani Yas City UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual who is highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, managing the daily operations of the office and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. They will be expected to assist with data entry, filing and other clerical duties, as well as maintaining a neat and tidy workspace. They will also be expected to answer phones, greet visitors, and handle customer inquiries.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook is essential for this role. The successful candidate should have excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task effectively. They should also have a professional attitude and be able to communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
We are offering a salary of 1300 AED per month for this position. We are also willing to consider applications from foreign nationals who can demonstrate their suitability for the role through relevant experience or qualifications.
