Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Abu-Dhabi, U.A.E.
Salary: 1600 AED/Month
We are looking for an energetic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be a highly capable individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task. We are ready to consider immigrant candidates with the right qualifications.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least one year of office experience
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when completing tasks
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and handle incoming calls
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Provide general office support services, including handling mail distribution and ordering office supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office area
• Provide clerical support such as scheduling appointments, taking minutes of meetings, etc.
