Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing office operations, setting up an efficient filing system, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing reports/documents for management review, ordering supplies and equipment, coordinating with external vendors, preparing invoices and maintaining records of expenditures. The Office Manager will also be responsible for providing support to administrative staff on various projects as needed.
The successful candidate will need to possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds. He/She should have excellent problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600 AED per month plus benefits such as medical insurance. We are open to consider foreigners for this role provided they possess the relevant qualifications and experience required by the job description.
