Administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or any related field, with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative position. A background in accounting and finance would be an advantage. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their ability to act independently, as well as work collaboratively within a team environment.
The Administrator job duties include:
• Maintaining a filing system for all relevant documents
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
• Ensuring that data is accurately recorded and managed
• Assisting with the development of policies and procedures
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, vendors, etc.
• Providing support for various departments when needed
• Handling customer service inquiries in a professional manner
• Performing research when necessary
• Being familiar with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be capable of multitasking in order to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills; be detail-oriented; and be able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
