Office Assistant - Sharjah
We are looking for an Office Assistant in Sharjah to join our team. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to our office staff and oversee the daily operations of the office. This position requires superior customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor.
The following tasks are expected of the successful candidate:
• Greet and assist guests, answer phones, and respond to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain office supplies and equipment including photocopiers and printers
• Manage incoming mail and deliveries
• Sort and distribute incoming documents in accordance with procedures
• Maintain filing systems; both hardcopy files & electronic files
• Assist with data entry tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience working in an office setting is preferred but not necessary. The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month.
