Cashier - Malayalee, English Speaking - Khalifah A City, UAE
We are looking for a Cashier with excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalee to join our team in Khalifah A City, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, processing payments, and managing transactions accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong customer service skills as well as the ability to calculate figures quickly and accurately. He/she must be organized, have excellent problem solving skills, be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance if required
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Answer customers' questions regarding products or services
• Offer advice on products or services available in store
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas at all times
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience working as a cashier is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalee is essential
• Attention to detail with accurate calculations
