Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team in Abu Dhabi as a secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads. They should be able to take initiative and work efficiently to meet deadlines while providing high-quality customer service. Knowledge of current office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
The role involves answering calls, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, typing documents, filing paperwork, responding to emails and performing other office duties as required. The ideal candidate should also be willing and able to take on additional tasks as needed.
The salary for this position is 1400 AED per month. We are open to consider foreigners without experience in this field if they possess the necessary skillset.
