Office Assistant Job in Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and we are willing to consider immigrants for the role.
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all incoming calls, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, ordering office supplies, greeting visitors and assisting with any additional tasks as needed. The successful candidate must be able to multitask efficiently and remain organized throughout their tasks.
Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant
• Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (particularly Excel)
• Proactive attitude with excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
