Librarian (Abu Dhabi)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Librarian to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As part of the role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing library collections, as well as managing library services. The individual should be able to provide reference services and library instruction in order to ensure library patrons have access to the most accurate and relevant information.
Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science. Prior experience working in a library setting is preferred but not required. The individual must have excellent organizational skills, as well as strong research abilities. They must also be proficient with computers and software applications related to libraries. As this is a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills are a must. Fluency in both Arabic and English is advantageous but not mandatory.
