Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and is open to immigrants. We are open to applicants with minimal work experience. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and performing daily office operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of an Office Clerk include: greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing office supplies, filing paperwork, sorting mail, coordinating meetings, providing customer service support, preparing documents and reports as requested. Additionally, you may be asked to provide general administrative support to other office staff as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this job is a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook). Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. You must also have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check if necessary.
