Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary Range: 1000 AED per month
Job Description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring smooth operations. You will be expected to manage office activities and operations, including filing, data entry, ordering of supplies and equipment, coordinating meetings/events and other office duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and possess the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations
• Manage incoming calls and emails from clients or colleagues
• Maintain filing system and records of office documents
• Ensure delivery of office supplies in a timely manner
• Coordinate meetings/events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative role within an organization
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
