Job Description:
Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah
Salary: 1000 AED/month

Duties:
-Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
-Greet visitors and answer inquiries from potential clients
-Manage incoming calls and emails
-Organize and maintain office files
-Sort and distribute incoming mail
-Assist with administrative tasks including data entry into spreadsheets
-Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing etc.
-Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
-Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
