Office Assistant - Sharjah
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, as well as assisting with office-related tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED per month and we are open to considering foreign applicants as well.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience working in an administrative or clerical role
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Maintaining files and records
• Distributing incoming mail and organizing outgoing mail
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, conferences, etc.
• Assisting with financial tasks such as maintaining accounts receivable/payable records
