Office assistant job in Ajman UAE for foreigners
We are looking for a self-motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. This individual will be a key member of the team, responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing support to the staff.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask, handle multiple projects at once and work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and demonstrate an ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
The Office Assistant's main responsibilities will include: providing administrative support to the office staff; managing incoming calls, emails, correspondence and other communications; scheduling meetings, appointments and events; maintaining filing systems; ordering supplies; tracking and maintaining records of expenses; organizing and archiving documents; preparing reports; undertaking basic research tasks as required.
The successful applicant should have a degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable but not essential as we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. The successful applicant must also be able to speak English fluently.
