Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team.

This is a full-time position with an excellent salary of 1000 and we are willing to consider immigrants for this role.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and be comfortable managing a team of employees. Responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, developing new strategies, providing constructive feedback to employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as resolving any conflicts that arise between staff members.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and have the ability to motivate and inspire their team on a daily basis. They should also have the ability to think on their feet and make quick decisions when needed.
