We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 and we are ready to consider applications from immigrants.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have at least three years of experience as a Secretary. You must be professional, organized, and have excellent communication skills. You should be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with MS Office is a plus, as well as knowledge of relevant software applications such as Adobe Suite or InDesign.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive and administrative support to the company's senior management team. Your duties will include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, transcribing notes, preparing reports, and organizing meetings with clients and colleagues. Additionally, you must be able to provide support in planning events and other special projects as required.
