Job Vacancy: Secretary
We are a successful and growing firm in Abu-Dhabi and we are looking to recruit a highly motivated Secretary. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of office procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, filing documents, ordering office supplies, and managing correspondences.
• Take phone calls, answer inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate person.
• Greet visitors and distribute incoming mail.
• Prepare letters, reports, memos and other documents.
• Transcribe dictations into digital files or written forms.
• Follow up on pending matters with internal staff or external contacts.
• Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to records.
• Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary.
Requirements:
• Previous work experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with Google Suite applications such as Gmail and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides etc..
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining accuracy of work product. • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organization. • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of any additional language is advantageous but not required. • Must be willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi if needed (for immigrants).
