Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Duties include but are not limited to:
β’ Overseeing office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies when needed, and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.
β’ Organizing files, updating paperwork, and maintaining documents related to employees and contractors.
β’ Handling customer inquiries, responding to requests in a timely manner, and providing excellent customer service.
β’ Scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
β’ Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
β’ Assisting with payroll processing as required.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
β’ Proven experience as an office manager or relevant administrative role β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task β’ Strong knowledge of office procedures β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) β’ Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written β’ Excellent problem-solving skills β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
