Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to promote our products and services. You will lead a team of marketing professionals in creating campaigns that will help us reach our company goals.

Main Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans for all products and services.
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
• Managing the production of promotional materials, including printed materials, website content, videos, etc.
• Planning and organizing promotional events such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
• Overseeing all aspects of campaigns from conception to completion while ensuring adherence to budget and timeline requirements.
• Developing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring the success of campaigns through analytics tools such as Google Analytics or other data analysis systems.
• Keeping up with current trends in the industry to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is preferred but not required
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successful campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
