We are looking for a highly experienced Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of teaching experience. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proven track record of success in the classroom
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Native fluency in Arabic/English is preferred but not required.

Job Description:
The Teacher will be responsible for designing, planning, organizing, delivering, and evaluating lessons for students in grades 1-5 according to the school curriculum standards. The Teacher will also be responsible for creating innovative lesson plans that engage students while keeping them on track academically. Additionally, the Teacher will act as a mentor to students by providing guidance on personal issues and helping them reach their academic goals. The Teacher will also be expected to attend faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, collaborate with other teachers, and perform other duties as assigned by the school leadership team.
