Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a valid driving license.
As an Office Assistant, the primary duties include assisting with administrative tasks such as organizing documents, preparing reports and maintaining office supplies. The successful candidate should also be able to provide general customer service support by answering phones, responding to emails and directing clients to the appropriate departments. Other responsibilities include traveling on behalf of the company when necessary and performing other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. The successful applicant should also have strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards work. Experience in office administration is preferred but not essential; however, a valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role. Candidates with English-speaking proficiency will be given preference.
