We are looking for an organized and reliable Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team. You must be able to multitask, remain organized in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Draft correspondence, reports, agendas and presentations
• Manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.
• Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, reports and handouts
• Record meeting minutes when needed
• Handle incoming mail and packages
• Maintain office inventory
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize tasks while working on multiple assignments simultaneously
