Office Manager Position
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1200 AED per month
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
The successful applicant will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to management and other staff. The Office Manager will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a customer service focus.
Responsibilities:
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Coordinate with IT personnel for all office equipment maintenance issues
• Manage filing systems for both electronic and paper documents
• Organize meetings, conferences, events, travel arrangements, etc.
• Handle requests from customers and staff in an efficient manner
• Respond to queries from staff in a timely manner
• Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years' experience in office management or similar role
• Experience with budgeting and administrative processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with team members
