We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in office management.
The role involves coordinating the operation of the office and providing administrative support to all departments. Duties and responsibilities include: providing administrative and clerical support, organizing meetings and events, handling incoming calls, preparing correspondence, managing office supplies and equipment, supporting HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding, developing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and managing filing systems.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure. They should be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of accounting software is preferred. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
