Housekeeping Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the building.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. They must also have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, with an eye for detail and the ability to think proactively in order to anticipate potential problems before they arise.
The Housekeeping Manager's duties include managing staff schedules, ordering supplies, overseeing laundry services, organising linen replacement schedules, conducting regular inspections of rooms and common areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, updating records related to cleaning activities, responding promptly to guests complaints or requests and reporting any problems or concerns to the relevant departments.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1800 AED per month for this role. We are also open to considering applications from immigrants who meet the criteria outlined above.
