Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an organized and experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, as well as coordinating activities and leading projects.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is capable of multi-tasking and working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the company
• Coordinate activities and lead projects
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
• Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage databases and records
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
• Assist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required; we are open to considering immigrant candidates as well
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Salary: 1000 AED/Month
