The X Company is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Secretary role based in Sharjah. We are searching for a dynamic and experienced individual, who is willing to work in a growing and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and will receive a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month.
The successful candidate will join our team in Sharjah and be responsible for providing secretarial support services. In this role, you will be expected to support staff members with administrative tasks related to daily operations, including organizing files, planning meetings, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and databases, conducting research when needed and keeping track of deadlines. You should also be able to handle basic office equipment like computers, printers, projectors etc.
We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years prior experience as a Secretary or similar role. You must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as great attention to detail. The ideal candidate must also be self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Being proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite is a plus but not mandatory.
