We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones, screening calls, and taking messages.
• Greeting visitors and answering general inquiries.
• Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members.
• Maintaining filing systems and updating records.
• Entering data into the company database.
• Assisting with general office management tasks as needed.
• Preparing reports and presentations as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
