We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Secretary to join our team at our Abu-Dhabi office. We are open to considering a qualified immigrant for this role.
The job responsibilities of the Secretary include, but are not limited to, organizing meetings and appointments, taking accurate notes during meetings, coordinating with other departments and personnel, preparing reports and presentations, responding to incoming calls and emails, filing paperwork and other administrative tasks as required. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment and must be organized with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, have strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, possess excellent written communication skills in English and be able to multi-task with ease.
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of 900 AED with additional benefits including health insurance coverage.
