Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide excellent administrative support to the team and perform a variety of tasks with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and planning events
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Answer and direct telephone calls
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases
• Filing, copying, scanning documents as needed
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Maintain office equipment supplies inventory
• Prepare invoices and other financial documents as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant in a professional setting
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures; excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work; attention to detail and problem solving skills; strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently; proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular); excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; valid UAE driving license is a plus.
