Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment software.
• Ability to build relationships with potential job candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English is essential; bilingualism is desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Generate candidates by utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, etc.
• Develop job postings and advertise open positions on appropriate websites/platforms.
• Screen resumes/CVs received from applicants and shortlist suitable candidates for interview sessions.
• Interview applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications against available positions.
• Keep track of all recruitment activities throughout the process using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Monitor new hires’ progress during their onboarding period to ensure successful integration into the organization.
