We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and lead the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing the scheduling of staff, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and supplies, and ensuring that all areas within the hotel are clean, safe and well maintained. The Manager will also oversee the training and development of staff, monitor budgeting to ensure cost effectiveness within the department, and ensure that all safety protocols are met.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized with strong problem solving abilities, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, as well as experience leading a housekeeping team. Additionally we will consider foreigners for this position as well.

We offer a salary of 1500 AED per month for this position.
