Office clerk job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, from filing and organizing paperwork to data entry and other clerical duties. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month with additional benefits. We are open to considering applicants from immigrant backgrounds.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, envelope stuffing, and stamping
• Maintain files, both digital and hard copies
• Prepare documents for meetings or events as needed
• Update databases with personnel information
• Provide support to other departments with administrative tasks
• Enter data into computer systems for record keeping
• Answer phones when necessary and take messages or direct calls appropriately
• Assist customers or visitors in person or via phone or email inquiries
• File paperwork as required
Qualifications:
• High school diploma at minimum is required; Associate’s Degree preferred but not necessary
• Minimum two (2) years of office experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to multitask with close attention to detail
