Job Description:
• Greet visitors in a professional manner
• Answer phones, take messages, and respond to emails promptly
• Manage daily filing system for the office; maintain electronic files and archives as needed
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed
• Order office supplies when necessary; track inventory levels
• Provide general administrative support as needed; prepare documents, reports, etc.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English
