Job Title: Office Assistant – Sharjah, UAE (Preference for Pakistani and Egyptian Nationals with English Language Skills and Biometric Passports)
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in both spoken and written English, and possess strong organizational abilities.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting with office operations that range from administrative tasks to supporting day-to-day operations. This will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing paperwork, scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, managing calendars and handling incoming mail. You should also be comfortable working with a variety of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
We are looking for an individual who is reliable and committed to providing excellent customer service. A biometric passport is desired but not essential; preference will be given to Pakistani or Egyptian nationals who possess strong communication skills in English language.
