Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Abu-Dhabi)
Salary: 1500 AED
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage daily operations, and assist with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized
• Maintain a filing system for documents, reports and correspondence
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Prepare meeting agendas and take notes during meetings
• Assist with scheduling of appointments and meetings
• Review all incoming documents for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare reports as requested by management
• Create presentations using PowerPoint or similar software programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
