Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of all documents and correspondences.
• Handle incoming mail and other material, and prepare responses as necessary.
• Type reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
• Prepare agendas for meetings and take down notes during meetings.
• Answer phone calls professionally and direct them to the right personnel.
• Coordinate with other departments or personnel to ensure smooth operations at the office.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is necessary.
