Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
β’ Maintain accurate records of all documents and correspondences.
β’ Handle incoming mail and other material, and prepare responses as necessary.
β’ Type reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
β’ Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
β’ Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
β’ Prepare agendas for meetings and take down notes during meetings.
β’ Answer phone calls professionally and direct them to the right personnel.
β’ Coordinate with other departments or personnel to ensure smooth operations at the office.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
β’ 3+ years of experience in an office environment.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills required.
β’ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is necessary.
