Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in our office and assist with all daily operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900 AED per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle document control (i.e., filing documents, scanning, faxing)
• Answer incoming calls, greet guests and handle inquiries
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors
• Manage mail distribution
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (i.e., cash receipts, journal entries)
• Prepare reports as requested by management team
• Provide general administrative assistance such as photocopying, data entry etc.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role for at least 1 year
• Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
