Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service and communication skills. The role involves managing the day to day operations of our office, including handling incoming calls and emails, organizing documents, preparing reports, managing inventory and supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing general administrative support.
Needs for the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Gmail).
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Salary: 1100 AED per month
