Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in our office and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1800 per month. We are open to considering foreigners for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to staff members
• Manage the office calendar and schedule meetings as requested
• Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, letters, memos etc.
• Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical
• Process incoming mail and respond to inquiries as required
• Respond to telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Monitor inventories of office supplies and order new items when needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
