Recruiter job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within our organization. You will be expected to work closely with department heads to discuss their hiring needs, identify and evaluate the best job applicants, and ensure that the selection process runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented nature. They should have an in-depth understanding of recruitment processes and be able to identify suitable candidates quickly and accurately. Experience in recruitment is preferred but not necessary as we are open to considering applicants with no experience in this field.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to build relationships with department heads quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (oral & written)
• A positive attitude towards change and new deadlines
• An understanding of best practice recruitment processes
The salary offered is 1800 per month. We welcome applications from foreign candidates too.
