Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef to join the team at our fine-dining restaurant in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, designing menus, creating new recipes, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month and a chance to work in an exciting environment. Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's culinary philosophy and adhere to budget constraints
• Source high-quality ingredients from reliable suppliers
• Train and manage kitchen staff according to established policies and procedures
• Monitor food preparation methods to ensure that quality standards are met
• Create detailed costings for each dish
• Ensure that health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations are adhered to at all times
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and equipment
• Supervise special events such as banquets or buffets as required
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in a professional kitchen setting at Executive Chef level or higher
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine techniques and processes
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills
