Office Assistant – Sharjah, UAE
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The chosen candidate will be in charge of providing administrative and organizational support to the office staff.
The main duties of this position include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and documents, maintaining filing systems, organizing meetings and events, ordering supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is clean and organized at all times. The successful candidate should also have excellent customer service skills as he/she will be expected to liaise with clients on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. He/she must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience as an office assistant or a similar role. Candidates with knowledge of the local language is a plus.
