Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant should have excellent organizational skills and an excellent command of the English language. We are offering a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication
• Schedule meetings with clients and colleagues
• Take detailed minutes during meetings
• Prepare materials for presentations
• Assist with the organization of events
• Create reports using office software
• Maintain filing systems and update databases as needed
• Provide administrative support to other departments when required
